LARP·CHECK

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7/10/2026

This page is maintained by the operator of LARP·CHECK to explain how the service handles information. It is not a legal document or independent verification.

1. What we collect

Uploaded photos: You choose images to upload. They are used only to generate a report and are not stored permanently. We do not ask for real names, addresses, or phone numbers unless you sign in with a third-party account.

Account information: If you sign in, we receive the email address and identifier provided by the sign-in provider (Google). We use this to manage your usage limits and, if you subscribe, your billing status.

Usage data: We keep a count of how many checks you run and whether you have an active subscription. We do not intentionally log the content of your reports or reverse-search results.

2. How we use your data

We use uploaded images solely to run the check and generate the report you see. We do not sell your data, use it to train models, or share it for marketing purposes. The AI and reverse-search providers may process image data as part of delivering the service, but they do not receive it tied to a persistent user profile from us.

3. Image storage and deletion

Uploaded images are processed and deleted as soon as the check is complete. We do not keep copies in our database or storage. Temporary copies may exist in server logs or provider caches for a short time, but we do not have a way to retrieve them for you later. We are not responsible for any loss or misuse of images after they leave your device.

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.

5. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for authentication, image analysis, reverse-search results, and payment processing. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their practices.

6. Children

The service is not intended for users under 18. If you are under 18, do not upload photos or create an account.

7. Your choices

You can stop using the service at any time. If you signed in with Google, you can disconnect access through your Google account settings. If you subscribed, you can manage or cancel your subscription through the payment provider.

8. Security and liability

We take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and at rest, but no system is perfectly secure. Because images are deleted immediately, we cannot restore them or investigate what was in a specific upload. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

10. Contact

For privacy questions or to request deletion of account data, contact the site operator through the channels listed on the main page.
